Join us for a week of yoga, sailing, and mindful adventure along the stunning Croatian coastline. This Yoga Sailing Week is designed especially for beginners and for those who want to gently reconnect with their body, breath, and the sea—without pressure or prior experience.

Living aboard a sailing yacht, you’ll wake up to the sound of the water, practice yoga with ocean views, and move through the week at a calm, supportive pace. The experience blends beginner-friendly yoga, daily pranayama and meditation, gentle hiking and nature exploration, and plenty of time to rest, swim, and simply be.

This is not a retreat focused on performance or intensity. It is an invitation to slow down, feel supported, and enjoy movement and mindfulness in a beautiful natural setting—together with a small, like-minded group.

Evgeniia is a certified Ashtanga yoga teacher with a calm, supportive, and beginner-focused teaching style. Her classes are designed to be accessible, safe, and encouraging, making them ideal for people who are new to yoga or returning after a break.

Her approach combines clear guidance for absolute beginners, gentle strength and mobility work, and pranayama and meditation to support nervous system regulation. Evgeniia emphasizes self-awareness over performance, creating a space where participants feel comfortable listening to their bodies—especially in inspiring natural settings like the sea.

You will stay on a shared sailing yacht, living and traveling together as a small group. Cabins are shared, with common areas on deck and below. Life on board is simple, relaxed, and closely connected to the rhythm of the sea.

full refund (except for booking fee).
  • After 24 hours of booking and up to 120 days before departure:
50% of amounts paid are refundable.
  • Within 120 days of departure:
no refunds*.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for any reason, including sickness, personal emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances.
This is because the costs for boats and skippers are already committed.
We strongly recommend that every participant purchases travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations!
However, if you can no longer attend, please inform us as soon as possible, and we will try to help you find a replacement.
Your Options:
  • 1. Find a replacement yourself
– The new participant must purchase a ticket in our ticketing system
– Once the new ticket is purchased, we will refund your original ticket price minus a 50€ admin fee
  • 2. We resell your ticket
– If we manage to sell your ticket, we will refund you the ticket price minus a 100€ admin fee
  • 3. Voucher option
– If you or us resell your ticket, you can opt for a full-value voucher for a future event (if one is planned), with no admin fee.
– Each ticket can be postponed only once under this option.

  • It is a balanced combination of both. Sailing is an essential part of the experience, but the overall pace is slow and mindful. The emphasis is on relaxation, movement, and being at sea rather than performance or distance.

No sailing experience is required. The yacht is operated by a professional crew. Guests are welcome to observe, relax, or participate lightly if interested.

The intensity is low. Yoga sessions, hikes, and activities are optional and designed to be gentle. There is plenty of time to rest, swim, or simply enjoy being on board.

This is a small-group experience, limited by the size of the yacht. This ensures a calm atmosphere and a supportive group dynamic.

  • You will stay in shared cabins on a sailing yacht with shared bathrooms and common areas. Life on board is simple, comfortable, and closely connected to nature.
  • We do a big grocery shopping together at the start of the week.
  • Most meals are prepared together on board (unless you’re on the Diamond Package – then the hostess prepares meals for you).
  • We occasionally eat out at local taverns and restaurants. This decidion will be made by the individual crew.
  • Yes. Many participants join solo. The shared boat life and group activities make it easy to connect naturally without pressure.

Comfortable clothing for yoga, swimwear, light hiking shoes, sun protection, and casual evening wear. A full packing list is usually provided before departure.

 
  • Sailing routes may adjust based on weather and sea conditions. Flexibility is part of the experience, and the crew always prioritizes safety and comfort.
